Ai Huu Nguyen, Chairman,Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder 

Mr. Nguyen is Worldsoft's Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the company's global commercial and government production activities as well as its overall technical execution.  Under his direction, Worldsoft has emerged to be a leading innovator and provider of effective enterprise solutions for emerging and developed markets in Vietnam and abroad, particularly within the Asia Pacific Region.  Mr. Nguyen brings more than 15 years of experience in research and development within the software technology field. Mr. Nguyen formerly served in the capacity of Principal for Worldsoft's Software Development School for over 4 years and held the position of Technical Director at Worldsoft for over five years.  Mr. Nguyen received his B.S. degree in computer science and a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University,  Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Minh Hieu Nguyen,Vice President, Board Member 

Mr Nguyen is overseas Vietnamese He is Vice President being responbilble for all R&D activities.He has had over 15 years experience in sofware research and development in addition over 3 years to participate in teaching at universities in Vietnam.With more than 10 years experience working in European countries he has brought valuable experience in making Worldsoft products become perfect step by step. He an Degree of information technology and computing at the University of Technology Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam.

Nhon Nguyen, Vice President, Board Member 

Mr. Nguyen is Worldsoft’s Vice President who is responsible for technical of the corporation. 
He has had more 20 years of experience in Hardware Integrate Chip Design, Chip Architecture, leadership skills and especially his experience in structure design such as CPU, FPGA, SDRAM & DRAM (DDR1, 2, 3, 4).Mr. Nguyen had the US Invention Patents while working for the large companies and corporations in US such as Intel Corporation, AMD, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation and Nanya Technology Corporation.
He is current a member of the some associations like JEDEC TG - DDR4, IEEE. 
He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. 

Michael Vo Truong, Finance Consultant, Board Member 

Mr. Truong is Worldsoft’s Finance Cousultant, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations and investments.  Mr. Truong has strong experience in Vietnam's market and a solid financial background with over 13 years of experience in the United States and across the Asia Pacific Region.  Mr. Truong brings expertise in the areas of Auditing, Strategic Financial Planning & Business Development, and Investment Consulting.  Mr. Truong has been in Vietnam since 2000 and has been actively involved in projects valuation, providing investment consulting services to major local and international clients in various industries. Mr. Truong has previously worked for such large multi-national companies in the US and Asia as Cigna Insurance Co, Pricewaterhouse LLP, PepsiCo, and Philip Morris International.  Mr. Truong received a B.S degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut, USA. .

Bich Hanh Nguyen, Vice President

Ms Nguyen hold Master Degree of Economy. She is Vice President and Sale Director responsible for all Company’s sale activities.Working for Worldsoft she has contributed very practical marketing experience and customer care services.In addition to her responsibilty of sale & marketing strategy through practical knowledge and experience of business process and operation in Vietnam she has invovled in consulting clients the implementing ERP system and other softwares.
